"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach fantastisch! Wir hatten das Haus für 11 Tage gebucht und wurden von Anfang bis Ende positiv überrascht. Die Sauberkeit und die liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung des Hauses haben uns sofort begeistert. Es blieben wirklich keine Wünsche offen, und die durchdachte Funktionalität des Hauses trug wesentlich zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. "Die Zeit auf Mallorca war sehr schön. Es waren ausreichend Liegen und Aussenplätze vorhanden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass nicht immer gleich der Geschirrspüler angestellt werden musste. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend mit einer kleinen Badebucht in der Nähe etwas abseits vom Ort cala d'or. Miguel ist ein toller Vermieter, der sich immer sofort bei Problemen gekümmert."

"Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Lovely house where the breeze always blows through the trees. Great swimming pool. Birds in the mornings. The road to Porreres or Llucmajor is really nice and it only takes a few minutes. Central location makes it easy to get to other points on the island, too."

"Das Bonaviesta Ferienhaus in Felanitx ist eine sehr alte, traditionelle Finca - wunderschön als mallorcinisches Original. Die Lage ist einigartig, umgeben von einem Pinienwald uneinsehbar, thront das kleine Juwel auf einem Hügel mit Meerblick. Allerdings: Sauberkeit - ein Horror! Im Kühlschrank waren noch Essensreste, in der Kaffeekanne noch Kaffee, zwischen Küchenschränken vergammelte, verfaulte Lebensmittel, das komplette Geschirr verklebt - wir mussten alles von Hand spülen, weil es keine...

"Das Haus ist perfekt sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und äußerst geräumig. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen, sind jeden Tag im Pool geschwommen ( Ende Oktober) und haben viel gegrillt. Vielen Dank Neus!"

"We didn’t need the aircondition as it was not that hot anymore in October but I can guess in summer you really miss the aircon in the bedrooms. The mattresses were quite soft for us but that might be personal taste. Otherwise the livingroom was very cozy as well as the big terrace with beautiful views over the mountains and Montuïri. We enjoyed most the terrace and the pool area which was also very clean and well kept."

"Great property and they provided immediate attention to a small heating issue on unseasonably cool days. We explored the entire island from here with a rental car and see there is a great bus schedule if you aren’t up for driving. Very comfortable accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the second floor bedroom and ensuite for added privacy and great views of the surf pounding the shore. Thanks for a great stay! The Boyce Family!!"

"Beautiful location with nice feel. With a little attention to details this place would be 5 stars. No kettle, limited glassware, no iron, no iron board, hairdryer. Possible welcome pack milk water ect suggestion. As i said above fantastic location with amazing restaurants and beaches near by. Still loved our stay. Andy Donna.x"

"The site is very spacious and even with a lot of people it never feels crowded. There are lots of things to do n the site, like sports, yoga, fitness etc. and not to forget the very nice beach. "
