"Ok so it wasn’t perfect but it WAS very enjoyable. Room 6 overlooking the river was fantastic. The mountains are beautiful along the river. The staff here is great from the owners to all the staff. "This place is a hidden germ, it’s located in a small street all the way inside. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is spacious and equipped with A/C in the hot Vietnam weather. Usually hotel food is a hit or miss but this place did not disappoint. All the food I ordered were delicious, plus breakfast is FREE, you just have to order what you want the night before. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Phong Nhà national park since it’s 4km...

"The helpfulness with every single question and request was supreme! Ai was always ready to help and give the best advice. She didn’t try to sell tours or make a profit; she was just kind and happy to share information about the area. The room had all the comfort needed. "Excellent stay good value for money. The nicest owner. Was able to check us in when our bus arrived at 4am. Nice breakfast included. Clean and spacious room. Hot shower, water does run out quick on the small heater. Pillows could use an upgrade + a thicker blanket for colder days. Didn't love the indoor smoking in the reception area in the evening- couldn't be smelt in the room but it felt like walking through an ashtray on the way in. Good location in town. Overall would reccomend. "

"The location of this hotel was nice, beautiful scenery. It was a clean room. It was nice that I could pay extra to be picked up from my bus, especially when it was kind of late 10pm. But I actually felt unwelcome kind of odd like I wasn’t supposed to be there. "Fab stay. Helpful from start to finish. We had breakfast. Delightful simple breakfast which was super cheat. Laundry completed and transfers organised. "Clean, comfy rooms. Easy to walk from the bus stop and even though we arrived at 10pm they got us right into our room quickly with a smile after a long day of travel. We only stayed one night but they let us store our luggage while we explored and took the night bus the next day. So glad we made this stop. They recommended Paradise cave and so glad they did. Rented bikes from a few doors down and had the most wonderful time. Perfect spot for a home base in the area. Wish we had planned to stay...

"El hotel está bien para su precio y categoría, buena cama, limpio, desayuno correcto. Buena relación calidad precio. La persona que nos atendió mostro buena disposición en un principio, hasta fue a buscarnos al autobús. La cosa cambió cuando le dijimos que no compraríamos ningún tour, que queríamos recorrer nosotros solos el parque. Demasiada presión para vender lo que ses: tours, billetes autobús, ...
