"This was the perfect condo for our stay. The area was nice, the location was perfect, and there was plenty of stuff to do around the area. There is some construction going on near the complex but the hours they started working did not affect us and we heard nothing. The owner was quick to respond to communications and very helpful. They had beach equipment and supplies available which made our beach days much more convenient. If it’s available, book it!"

"This property has many good features including the location, the view from the balcony, the size of the unit, the furnishings, the building security and the ample parking. It needs to be noted that the second bedroom is an interior room with no exterior view. The AC units for the bedrooms were great, but the fan for the unit servicing the main living area needs maintenance. I recommend this condo for a couple, but I would not recommend it for a group requiring two bedrooms."

"We were greeted by Anna the minute we arrived at the property. Anna provided an informative overview of the property. She was so incredibly friendly! The property was delightful! It was clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful! Great location; close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. We felt so safe! We were already having conversation about returning before we even left! Thank you so much Aruba! We absolutely loved your friendly island and can’t wait to return!"

"Great location and views ! Kitchen has everything you need but it will be nice to have some new pieces of furniture specially on the living room and roof top. Also it will be great to switch to a digital lock for the main door rather than keys Mario, the host, was attentive and friendly We really enjoyed our stay !"

We rented a car and it was handy for quick trips to grocery stores or shopping to the north or south. We walked to dinner a few nights. We went on utv tour around the island. "Great property! The pool and courtyard are very well maintained and lovely. Clean, secure and friendly location. With a car the greatest beaches are just minutes away with ample parking. Super Foods was a quick stop and many good restaurants too. If you go to Super Foods, get ice cream on the way out!"

"This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was in a great location on site; close to the parking lot and pool. The complex is right across from the beach. There were plenty of water/ beach toys for my son and beach chairs for everyone. Even a wagon to tote all the fun to the beach! The unit was well stocked with towels and dishes. The owner was helpful and responsive with any questions."
