"This is a versatile accommodation for business, pleasure, families. Set in a fantastic location at the bottom of penshaw monument. There are some many places within a short drive. If you don’t want to drive there is lots to do in the immediate surrounding area. A short walk and you are down by the river, where there is a great coffee shop or friendly pub. "Host was friendly, helpful & communicative in advance of stay. Mid-terraced house close to city center & train and metro stations. On-street parking tight, double-parked along the road, one side parking half on the pavement. 3 single beds in the downstairs bedroom & 1 double bed upstairs. Upstairs bedroom didn't have anywhere to store clothes so we had to live out of suitcases. Lounge had dining table & 4 chairs, writing desk & extra chair under stairs.
