"Beautiful property in an idyllic location. I have 2 teactive dogs, so finding a suitable property to stay at is inportant. This property ticked all the boxes. Great quiet walks, amazing views, noone as a durect neighbor to the back garden. Private gated driveway. The house is a fanrastuc size, super clean, and felt at home straight away. "We try and come to Otterburn once a year as we love the area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with tableware amd cutlery. The veds were comfy abd the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that frustrated us was the induction hob, we have never used one before so took a lot of getting used to despite reading the instructions several times.will definitely be returning and will have hopefully mastered the use of an induction hob by then!"

"We really wanted to stay at the cottage There is a glitch in the booking process with Vrbo.. The money was not taken from my account and the link site contacted us saying we had not paid.There was no way to do so on the Verb site and we could not get through to the link site despite spending 2 hours on the phone. We had to cancel. EXACTLY the same thing happened when we tried to rebook. On the Monday we finally got trough to the link site but the whole thing wasted hours of time and caused lots...

"I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at coalminers cottage. I felt the cottage was extremely clean and cosy, which was important for me as i grieve my Mam. I looked forward to returning from a busy day, to such a warm, comfortable space. Communication with Dylan was spot on. I will be back!!!"
