"Muy bien en general pero con diversos "fallos" por lo que no merece un 5. - Ducha del primer piso inservible. - No está adecuada para 8 personas. - Fuimos incapaces de poner la calefacción. - A la cama de una habitación de arriba se le salen las tablas del somier y te hundes hacia el centro. - Y sobre todo, MUCHÍSIMO RUIDO EN LA CALLE hasta las 6 de la mañana que cierran el bar de copas de abajo."

Everything was perfect, from meeting our host at check in and being supplied with numerous wonderful suggestions to the convenient location and beautiful neighborhood. "We absolutely loved our stay in this little gem of an apartment in Madrid. The location is good, within walking distance of so much you'll want to see in Madrid. The place is small but very well-equipped and immaculately clean. The management company has though of pretty much everything, and they are very responsive and great communicators. We would definitely stay here again!"

"la chaudière de l'appartement est tombée en panne et notre hôte est intervenu dans la 1/2 heure et a remis la chaudière en fonctionnement. Nous avons apprécié la bibliothèque avec ses livres d'art et ces livres en anglais pour débutant. Les chambres avec des doubles fenêtres masquant le bruit de la rue et les commodes et penderie dans les chambres pour ranger le linge. Les commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble Un seul regret le lit parental en 140 et non en 160 mais un matelas néanmoins...

"Located in Barrio Las Letras, veryclose to all atractions. Host was great. They greeted us at checking, explain all around the house. They even have a map wirh recommended places to dine. 2 small grocery stores close by. House very quiet and comfortable"

"We had a problem with the registration that was later solved after wanting to talk to the desk supervisor. The person in charge of checking during the day was not a people person nor did he want to solve the problem that we had with noise. Other than that, our stay was delightful, quiet with a delicious breakfast and just the way we remembered from our last stay in 2017. we will most probably continue to come to Suites Viena."
