"Perfect, cozy cottage to stay at with my teen grand daughters. We used it as home base while we hiked Yosemite, only 1 hour from entrance. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, and very clean. Cliff promptly answered all my questions. We loved our stay."

"The cabin is definitely really cozy. Sadly, there were a few issues like the AC unit, but Eric quickly dealt with that which I deeply appreciated. I loved the location. If you want privacy, this is the place to be. I slept well every evening. And the cleaning lady, Toni, was great. I had forgotten my toiletry bag and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back."

"Quiet, safe, convenient to Groveland, Yosemite, and exchequer MTB park. Property is beautiful snd allows for walkers and meditation. Hosts go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. "

"House was beautiful as was the view off of the back porch. Although we didn’t use them, there were lots of games available. Would be even better in the summer with the back porch and grilling. Owners were available throughout our stay if needed anything and had a pound of local coffee for us which was greatly appreciated. "The property manager is a great professional, he did his best at any moment to make the vacation better and fix inconvenience. The house doesn't align with the post as there is no room for such as people. There are 3 rooms that can accommodate 6 plus 1 persons, additionallly 2 person more could sleep in a not good trundle beds, but there won't be any space in the room to walk. No hangers and no drawers for the clothes, only in 1 room. All the additional people must sleep in the living room in...

"Very beautiful place especially for the price. It was such a cozy stay and everyone felt very comfortable there. The whole community also had a lot to do and was very welcoming. We even left behind a sweatshirt by accident and they offered to ship it out to us. Would definitely recommend and would like to stay there again!"

"It was mostly a comfortable experience except the air conditioner in the master bedroom was shaky and making a lot of noise. The backyard is not maintained, looks nothing like the picture. The rooms are clean, everything works as expected (except the A/C mentioned above). Overall it was a good stay, I'd recommend it if you want to have a weekend getaway from big cities. "

"It is well maintained cabin in the rustic setting. If there is anything that is a little tiring is the distance from Yosemite NPS. The mail sent my evolve team was clear and we didn’t face any issues. "

"We really liked the property and had a great time in the area. This property was perfect for my wife an I. We didn't need much from the property owners, but they were attentive when we had questions and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. While the property is right on highway 49 we didn't get disturbed in any way by vehicle traffic. The cottage is very nice and comfortable. "

The only thing we didn’t like is when our cars was been pulled and park in the different spot. "This was a lovely secluded property that allowed us to take our dog for a few days in the mountains. It was only 10 minutes into downtown Mariposa, and an hour to an hour and a half to Yosemite depending on which entrance you take: Arch Entry 1 hour, South/Mariposa Grove 1 1/2. We loved the secludedness. And appreciated the cleanliness, kitchen amenities (including the Mariposa Coffee which is just down the street for visitors), and updated aspects of the property. "My friends and I weren't able to book two consecutive nights in Yosemite, so we booked a one night stay at this property for our last night on the trip. It was very comfortable, warm, and quiet after a long day of hiking in the rain and cold. It's about an hour drive from the entrance to Yosemite National Park. Clean, straightforward check in and check out, and the hosts were communicative, although we didn't require any assistance during our stay."
