"We adored our stay with Christine and Jose. In particular we loved the stunning views from the property, the beautiful outdoor spaces (bar, fire table, gorgeous pool that is heated so our kids could play in it for hours) and the location (remote in the hills with a farm, fruit trees, horses etc.). Being there felt like a truly unique experience and it felt like we got to experience real puerto rico life for a couple of days. We also went on a tour with Jose and Christine and I couldn't recommend...

"This property was excellent, except for the host constantly telling us what to do. I do not recommend staying on a property with the host right next door. It felt micromanaged because she would turn certain things off at night when we were still awake. After I said something to her the the last 2 nights the cable would go out at night. If u like to be babysat then you should book here. But if ur grown this is not for you."

"Blue Nest is a great house at on a awesome beach in Arecibo. We had everything that we needed and was in walking distance to bakery/convenience store that we became regulars at during our stay. The best part if staying here is that you are a very short distance from El Pozo del Obispo which the kids loved and is a great place for pictures. I highly recommend Blue Nest to any family and look forward to booking another family trip here soon!!!"

"Whoever owns this property is a shady individual. They have you send your driver's license or passport information as if for identification to get into property and then cancel the reservation on you. Something shady is going on and the proper authority have been notified."

"This property needs better care. If it got that much-needed cleaning and maintenance, it would be just as advertised. One of the bathrooms was closed due to repairs, this was never informed to us in the weeks-long wait we had from the moment we made the reservation until the check in date. "It has been awhile since our family of 4 siblings, has been able to get together due to a number of issues. We finally set the date and picked this beautiful house as our getaway haven. It was clean and fully packed with everything you can think of like towels & kitchen ware. As most comments here, Maria was great supplying information about the neighbohood and it’s gorgeous beaches near by. "This two bedroom was more than enough space for my husband and I. We really like the large stove and refrigerator. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. You have to try the sandwich shop on the corner (sorry I don’t remember the name of it) but it’s on the left."

"Relaxing and just a short minute walk to the ocean. Friendly neighborhood and met people from all over. Sunsets amazing. Beach was swimmable all the time, nightlife was lively with people of all ages. Grocery store, bakery, food trucks within walking distance made it hard to leave. The breeze and fans made you forget there was no air conditioning. The birds at night made it paradise to fall asleep. Great vacation spot."
