"The house is just like all the pictures and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Property shows the owners take pride in this property. Kitchen is equip with high quality pots and pans. BBQ is great and we used the jacuzzi everyday. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz. The owners are easy to contact and we loved our weekend visit."

"The location is perfect! Truly right on the sand. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean is a plus! The home fit six adults and two kids perfectly. We spent four days swimming, boogie boarding fishing… and the sunsets from the porch were great! Only cons are having to bring own bath towels is a bit of a pain and the kitchen doesn’t have a tea kettle or coffee grinder. Truly is a special place. Thanks for sharing it with all of us!"

"We stayed for two weeks at this Eagle Hill Home. Its in a quite location but close to both 280 and 101. The house a lot of amenties (especially the kitchen). We liked the outdoor sitting area. The hills around the house makes it a good place for walks. The location looks safe. "

"I was in charge of booking a small home in Scott's Valley for a non-profit board that I serve on and lucked out with Jerry's property. The home was easy to get to, looked exactly like the listing, was extremely clean. Jerry was a welcoming host and graciously allowed us an early check in and late check out. The indoor/outdoor spaces were very appreciated by my little group. I would recommend this home!"

"It’s a small cozy cabin in the woods. The owners live in the main house right next door. We got to meet Aimee who is the owner, and she was so nice. The upstairs bedroom was nice, but if you are over 6’ tall it’s a little small. But it was fun crawling around upstairs, and I’m 59 years old"
