"The property is exactly as advertised. We got there and the light fixture was leaking in one bathroom ceiling. We called a few minutes to 11pm as we had arrived late and they answered the phone and had maintenance and repair in the next morning. Great service, quiet property. We would stay again."

"We enjoyed staying at this property that was right on the beach with a great rooftop deck that we enjoyed sunset dinners on. My negatives were that there were no basic items such as salt and pepper and more pressing that it advertises a washer and dryer but fails to mention that they are in the garage and coin operated. It cost $1.50 to wash a load of clothes and another $1 to use the dryer. For the price paid per night on the property I would expect the washer and dryer to be free to use as it...

"Great rental, with plenty of space. Close to disney and knotts which were our main reasons for visiting. We loved the location, space in the unit, we never felt cramped, the beds were very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub which is a short walk away. Also appreciated the attentiveness of the hosts. Shortly after check in time, they messaged making sure we were able to get in ok. Ive stayed at many VRBO's and have never had a host do that......actually i stayed at one we were not...

The kitchen was fairly well equipped until I opened the silverware drawer. There were only 3 forks. "This was a great place to stay and very well decorated and clean! The host added nice touches and provided soaps and plenty of towels too. The only downside is that the neighborhood isn't as nice as the unit and she does state that you do have to go up a flight of stairs in the listing, but neither of those bothered us since we didn't do much in the place but eat dinner, shower and sleep (we were there to attend a hockey tournament) and are all very able bodied to carry our gear around....

"The unit was spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and a park to walk your dog is close by for those bringing pets. The only drawback of our vacation had nothing to do with the rental. The beach itself was disappointing due to the 4 foot high sand berm at the shore line--tough with young children and older folks who are unable to climb up and down."
