Ritchie was available to answer any of our questions at anytime, and was ready with suggestions and recommendation for anything we might want to do on the island. Joan took care of us at the apartment and even showed us around in town. We hope to come back to Grenada and stay again. Would recommend."

"Host was welcoming and very accommodating. Rooms were as pictures showed. View was lovely and walk to the beach was easy. Beach not crowded but no chairs to rent but host provided beach towels. Walk to grand anse beach was 45 minutes and shorter if you hop on local bus for 1us dollar. Mini markets and restaurants within walking distance. Large kitchen and common area. We ate our meals and spent our evenings on the large covered deck. Recommend this property."

"The location is good to access city centre. There are some malls and market near. The room is clean and the kitchen facilities are sufficient. Although it is close to the center of town, it has good security and rathe quiet. So, it is a comfortable place to stay."

"This place is unique. It’s the only thing like it on the best beach in Carriacou. Local folks are welcoming and it’s easy to walk or bus to anything you want, but there’s also little reason to go far except to explore. It was perfect for us."

"The property appears to be a typical grenada home, perched on a hill. It is within walking distance of the Spice Island Marine Services boatyard where we were comissioning the boat. Best however to have a car rented, as the location is close to the number 1 bus but up a long hill. We were hoping to extent 10 days but the place was booked on the requested extension dates. "it is a nice villa the only downside was the main road had a landslide in December and it still has not being fixed .So Journeys down to St George and the Beach took a lot longer about 45 minutes to town and an other15min to main BeachSt Anse.The road you have to travel is narrow and bumpy. Because of this we never went out after dark . We ate before we came back to Villa or ate in Villa"

The air condition was not working the place had roaches, it was dusty, no utensils, stove was a hazard and when the host was advised of these things on arrival she indicated someone would come to fix the ac. No one ever came and no one contacted us to say what was going on. We were left with the ac not working in a very hot nasty house with a newborn.
