"We spent some days with my family, the house was in perfect condition and the pool and garden were fantastic. We only had some trouble with the wifi, because it wasn’t strong enough for all the people in the house. The cleaning of the fridge and oven could have been better on our arrival, but overall the house had everything we needed. I’m very happy with our stay and would definetly recommend it."

Lorraine the Property Manager, is not only delightful, but extremely helpful and always on hand. Estepona old town is a must to visit and many great restaurants. "Excepto la cocina, el resto del mobiliario necesitaría una remodelación. La comunicación no fue del todo correcta. Entiendo que la persona que lleva la casa tenía problemas, Un día estuvimos toda la mañana y parte de la tarde sin agua, lo comunicamos a primera hora y no sabían cómo resolvernos el problema. Gracias a la vecina (persona súper amable y servicial) que pudo ponerse en contacto con el propietario y nos dio la solución. En la zona de la piscina hay parte del mobiliario que está viejo."

"Villa is up a very steep road and visitors probably should be aware of that. Was very well kitted out and ideal for our needs as a group of 8 golfers. Having two z beds in one bedroom seems a bit penny pinching. Should be proper beds. Little tired and needing a bit of an upgrade."

"This villa is definitely a home from home. You can tell when owners use their property as it was so well equipped. There are 2 very good size double bedrooms and 2 smaller double bedrooms, all with their own ensuite or separate bathroom. The living area is also a great size for a large group. We were very lucky with the weather which enabled us to make full use of the outside space. The gardens are beautiful and were in full colour. The grounds are very secure, so no chance of any child...

"A casa é muito ampla e tem quartos com boas áreas e um jardim enorme. Apenas queremos deixar uma crítica: os pratos e copos não são todos iguais. Mesmo sendo um grupo de apenas 6 pessoas não conseguimos ter 6 copos iguais de água, vinho ou champanhe. Os pratos também não são todos iguais. Pode parecer um pormenor mas entendemos que faz toda a diferença podermos ter uma mesa em que tudo é igual. Os restantes equipamentos funcionaram muito bem. Obrigado por tudo."

"My friends and I booked this villa for a long weekend and it didn’t disappoint - it was even nicer than the pictures. There are so many lovely areas to relax - we particularly loved the outdoor space and pool area. Alex was a great host and made sure we had an amazing stay - thank you!"

"Upon our arrival the first impression was bad, with the stairs to access the house that are very steep and dangerous without a handrail, bringing our luggage down was quite a risky affair. The house is nicely appointed and well equipped as advertised, no complaints there. During our stay, there was a forest fire that forced us to evacuate during a week. We had no support from the owners during that period, not even a phone call asking if we were ok. In summary out of the 4 weeks we booked there,...

"En general todo bien. La comunicación con Nadine ha sido muy buena. La casa es muy agradable con estancias amplias y un cenador con piscina agradable. La playa no tienen un acceso directo y no es una playa recomendable para niños. En general todo bien."

"Lovely well equipped villa with beautiful views, quiet location and excellent responsive host. We would definitely return. The property is close to Estepona but a car would be needed. Thanks to Alex for helping sort a few teething problems out quickly and effectively."

"Muy buena opción. Apartamento muy bien equipado. Solo deberían mejorar los colchones y la conexión a internet. "
