"The venue was nice but felt a little tired. The window in the room we had did not shut properly as it was broken. The table in the room was sticky and dusty. The lift had a very poor paint job. The bar had a limited choice of drinks However the staff were friendly and the food at breakfast was good. ..."

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. "Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment ..."

"Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge.
