We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. "Mi experiencia con la reserva realizada a través de ustedes fue un desastre, no solo me anulan la reserva el mismo día de la entrada con menos de dos horas para realizar el check-in, sin motivo y sin justificación.
