"I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well."

"Host was accommodating to my Girl Scout Troop and ensured that our stay worked out great. Check in went smooth, host was easily accessible if needed and the home felt safe and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We had a great trip to San Francisco! "Clean, quiet, well-apportioned space. Be prepared to bring ALL of your own amenities including your own towels, soap/shampoo, flat sheet, hair dryer, coffee maker, cooking tools (there is no stove/oven, only a microwave), dishes/utensils (if need more than three sets of utensils, three plates and two mugs), paper towels, toilet paper (if need more than one roll)."

"Check in was great, we were allowed to check in extremely early and it was easy to access the house. However, this location had an issue from the beginning as it smelled of gas. Then, we noticed an awful I'm sewage smell coming from the kitchen sink, we have to buy fabuloso and soak the sink and it still did not go away fully. Very easy and responsive to messages. Laundry, grill, outdoor space also available. Parking can be somewhat limited so worst case scenario would be a nice walk if needed. "This property was acceptable but know the following things in advance: 1. The BART is more like 5-6 blocks and the neighborhoods are slightly questionable for safety. 2. There is no air conditioning but it was cool enough during the evenings to open the windows 3. There is a rooster nearby that crows early in the morning 4. The neighbors were playing loud music several nights until 2am 5. The loft is only accessible by a fireman’s ladder and it was difficult to use. 6. No ice trays Overall it...

"Apartment was comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The only recommendation would be to have laundry soap and dishwasher pods available as we had to use shampoo to wash our clothes. My friend Mary Beth bought salt and pepper and donated it to the apartment for future guests to use.
