"This was a very lovely property, floor to ceiling windows overlooking beautiful trees. Interior was as described, and very comfortable. The home was very well appointed, with high quality bedding and towels, kitchen supplies and Smart TVs and Amazon Alexa for music. "We needed a place for my Family to stay a few days while construction was being finished up on our home. It worked for our family of 4 Adults we each had our own space. It’s an older house but they have upgraded All the appliances along with a lot of homey amenities too. Linens were nice and kitchen supplies were like new. Loved the birds and squirrels running through the backyard in the morning and at sunset. It was a good stay."

"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. "Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. Over all a 8/10"

"I hope you are reading this before you booked this home/host. I did not and it did not turn out well. It was a terrible experience and is still going on a month later. We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen...

"I was very frustrated with the lack of communication regarding check in. Once we connected, everything went smoothly. Yard could use some work. You can tell it is a work in progress but the weeds could've been whacked down. House itself was great. Loved the shower. Lots of space. BF and son both complained that the mattress was too soft but it was fine for me. We were there for an event. If you need to be in Redlands, I thought it was a perfect location. Price was reasonable for what it was."

Every bit of space is decorated so intentionally and with such style, yet it is breathable and does not feel cluttered. When they say pets are welcome, they're not kidding. They even provide dog bowls and a little dog bed, even though we'd brought our own!
