"Condo was spacious and looks like it was recently decorated and remodeled nicely. However, there was a broken toilet seat, and my MIL almost fell using it the first time because she didn't notice it (started to slide over). There was a missing TP holder in the other bathroom, and after walking down the hallway a few times, the bottoms of our feet were black. "We were visiting family in Hoover and 4 of us stayed at this house. Clean, roomy and had most of what we needed. We suggest a booklet with the wifi info and possibly things to do in the area. But, we certainly would rent again!!"

"House has everything you need plus a fenced in back yard which makes letting your dog out so easy. Heat and air work great. Slept so well in the very comfortable mattress. Very quiet neighborhood. Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property."

"Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip....

"Great location to Barber Motorsports track ( 30 mins). Plenty of parking - we had 4 mustangs. Quiet neighbor. Within 5 mins of most Shopping needs - Santo coffee 2 min drive and GREAT!"

"Although "Tiny" this place is much larger than a standard hotel room with the convenience of a washer/drier, kitchen and more space to enjoy. Parking right outside the front door was very convenient. The only thing we didn't like were the microfibre bath towels."
