"The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long...

"Overall I would stay again. We enjoyed the central location and the beds were relatively comfortable. I did miss the fact that the two bedrooms were one large room with a wall for privacy and you needed to walk through the first bedroom to access the second bedroom. So make sure you are traveling with close family or friends. Kitchen was very functional but there was a need for some TLC. The kitchen faucet was very loose. "Terrible comunicación con el dueño, es muy desagradable y desentendido. Tarda horas en contestar, pero luego mete prisa y agobia por 6 minutos de retraso del bus. No hay champú ni gel ni jabón de manos. Grifo de la cocina y taza del wc rotos. "

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"The apartment was in a great location in the center of everything Annecy. As we anticipated, parking was quite difficult until we could better understand the location and pricing on nearby parking lots. This also made the remote check-in and unloading our luggage upon arrival quite difficult. The apartment, while small, is well appointed and was a great home base for us. Pack earplugs, as you're in the middle of it all! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Quirky and quaint property in a superb location for exploring beautiful Annecy. Old spiral staircase proved challenging as my wife has mobility issues. Property would be ideal for younger people Initial property location was straight forward and we were allowed early access, although locating specific apartment in property was not straight forward Telephone contact was useful and very helpful. Overall the location and access to the old city made our stay a highlight of our 3 week French road...

"Hicimos un cambio de fechas y me dio impresión de que no estaba coordinado. El wifi funcionaba mal y el último día nada, cambiaron las claves. Al recinto de aparcamiento se entra con clave y la cambian los viernes, estaria bien que avisaran de los cambios. Por lo demas, el apartamento, bien, estaba preparado para minusvalidos. La zona es tranquila."
