"This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front....

"Great family vacation. We walked to dinner in the neighborhood and walked the dogs to the park, and walked to the metro to take in the sites, museums, and even a caps game. Close to the airport and a huge shopping center. We recommend the District Biscuit company...very yummy and close by. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and theres a great park nearby for dmall children to play. The house is very quiet with plenty of room for the whole family."

"This home was perfect for our trip to DC. Location was key and it was so close to everything in DC and surrounding area. Being 10 minutes from DCA was also an added bonus. The home was well equipped for our family of 5. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with Beyene was very easy and she was prompt with all my questions. "Great, central neighborhood with a lot to offer. Clean property. Very lengthy signing process (lease agreement, etc), which I haven't had to do before. I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay."

The house is cozy and comfortable, attractively decorated and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including off-street parking. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the heart of Old Town Alexandria and Washington, DC is a short ride away by metro or car and you can take a water taxi for a more scenic route."

"Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. There is a park across the street and around the corner is a free bus stop that takes you to the metro. Management was very responsive. We had a small leak and they had it taken care of right away. We would definitely stay there again."
