"Overall good for the price we paid, but food is expensive for what you have, you should take half board minimum because there is nothing around the hotel for food. drinks are crazy expensive 5€ for bottle of water !!! "We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Everything from A to Z has been impeccable. The villa, the food, the staff and everything one can think of. When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. "Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. "We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. "Bed was too firm and couldn’t sleep good because of it. Shower door wouldn’t close properly so water flooded the bathroom floor every time you shower. Staff was nice and room layout was good."
