Información útil antes de reservar
- Recibirás la confirmación en el plazo de 1 día laborable. Una vez confirmado, el vale se enviará por correo electrónico.
- Si no recibes ningún correo electrónico nuestro, comprueba tu carpeta de correo no deseado o notifícanoslo por correo electrónico.
- Si el cupo no cumple los requisitos (40 personas), el viaje se retrasará al siguiente viaje.
- A partir de 10 años se considera adulto. A los niños de 5 a 9 años sólo se les cobra 100.000 IDR por las comidas. Gratuito para bebés de 0 a 4 años. Por favor, infórmanos cuando haya un niño participante en la excursión.
- De acuerdo con la normativa de la UE sobre los derechos del consumidor, los servicios relativos a actividades no están sujetos al derecho de desistimiento. Se aplicará la política de cancelación del proveedor.
