Once you have parked, please make your way into the gift shop to find one of our associates. When you have confirmed your arrival with an Explorida Team member, please feel free to use our facilities. **Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our tours, we will be leaving promptly on time. The bus runs on a predetermined schedule to maintain operational efficiency. If you do not arrive in the scheduled time frame for your excursion, you may speak with an associate to possibly move your booking to a different time.**
