This is the sign of the tour provider. There are many tours starting from the same point so be sure to identify the correct guide at the meeting point. Be sure to arrive on time, as the tour must start promptly. You will not be able to contact your guide after the tour has started as there is no cell phone reception within the cave system. A refund cannot be issued if you arrive late and miss the tour departure. Do not search the web for “cave” or “labyrinth,” because you might get false directions to other caves in the city - it's recommended to open the map of the meeting point directly from GetYourGuide’s confirmation email.
