Please, as soon as disembarkation begins, do your best to disembark quickly, we will have a waiting tolerance of 30 minutes maximum in respect of other travelers. The starting time shown (09am) only applies to cruise ships docking before 8 am. If your cruise ship arrives after 8 a.m. and regardless of the time your cruise ship docks, the starting time of your tour will be adjusted to your disembarkation. Do not use google maps or any other application to locate the meeting point as it does not show the correct location. The cruise terminal operates like an airport, we will be in front of the arrivals gate. For cruise ships docking on the comercial harbor, your Tour Guide will wait at the end of the shuttle line, do not walk to the Ponta Delgada Cruise terminal if your ship is not docked there.
