"Once you get past the foot traffic outside (Which is the locals moving around) this place is just the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, clean and safe. Great places to eat and drink are just a quick walk away. And if you don't feel like walking, just go down stairs to the great place down stays for a bite to eat and drinks. Get the Sea Bass Ceviche. "Arrived in the evening and was immediately impressed with the location of the property as well as the amenities. Beautiful layout, air conditioned, as well as the roof top pool with great views of the city. Property was very secure with staff on site at all times. Highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay here. Great views from the 30th floor apartment. My son stayed on a comfortable blow-up bed and I took the king size bed. Jim was very helpful with requests to set up tours and helped us navigate going to a local soccer game. Angelica was so helpful in any need and request we had throughout the trip. Also, there was an issue with one of the A/C units during out stay and the host addressed it immediately! We had to extend a few times waiting on lost travel documents and were accommodated without issue. We would definitely stay here again, as well as other properties that are hosted by Tony. Local cab drivers or Uber drivers had difficulty finding it, the name of this property is HP Boutique Del Mar. The property is about two years old and is still going through growing pains.The property manager who has the office in the building speaks English and was a great help with issues we presented her with. Many times she went beyond her call of duty. We have encountered very few Panamanians who...

"The property was great for our family of 6. Very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space in the time we were at home. The property manager was an amazing communicator and was there to support if anything was needed, even with a mid-week check-in to make sure we were doing well. A very quiet, gated part of time.
