"This was a lovely place to stay while in the Adirondacks. It has been completely updated. It is VERY clean and has all the necessities. Dishes, dish soap, and paper towels in the kitchenette. We were very pleasantly surprised by how great this was. There was no staff on site so that was confusing at first because I missed the email with check in instructions but I called the number they provided and someone answered and helped us immediately. We will stay here again."

"Sonia and Steve are the best hosts ever! They made us feel at home and Sonia's cooking is super good. The owners on the other hand are not so gracious, we wanted to make our stay shorter since ski conditions were nit the best and Sonia talk to them but they were un flexible about the issuse abd did not let us cancelled the other days. But how Sonia and Steve treat us and pamper us, we end up having a great stay."

"Our stay to view the totality of the eclipse on 4/8/24 was outstanding. The clouds cooperated and the view from the deck was perfect to watch the moon's slow march across the face of the sun - and then to be plunged into darkness surrounded by the trees and mountains was otherworldly. The house was neat, clean, and had everything we wanted or needed. Marty and Melissa were the perfect hosts with super easy and fast communication. "If you look at the listing and say 'wow, this place sounds great!' then you're exactly right. We had a group of 13 for four nights, and it was the perfect place for us. Derek was an excellent host and answered all of our questions and gave some great recommendations. Only problem was that there were just too many fun things to do.
