"We really enjoyed our stay here, Sade and Johnathan were very friendly and welcoming! The room was spotless and the cooked breakfast was delicious! Would definitely recommend staying here and I’m sure we will be back!"

"Adrian welcomed us, gave us a quick run down of everything as we were tired. Forgot to mention that we needed to order breakfast but reserved enough for all of us to have something the next day. Room was clean, well presented had plenty for us like 3 cups as we were in a family room. Had a ensuit shower. Wardrobe to hand out clothes, tv, fridge and a blanket on each bed. Room was a good size and perfect for 3 adults. Breakfast was amazing, home cooked English breakfast and nothing was too much...

"Our stay at seabreeze was short but we wish we could have stayed longer! Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating and the attention to detail was fantastic. Our room was beautifully decorated with the loveliest home made cake on arrival. The building was spotless and well presented throughout. Incredible views from the front of the building and parking (NCP) is easily accessible from princes street at the back of the building. Our breakfast was perfectly cooking using lovely local...

"Going on holiday but feeling at home. Greeted with such a warm welcome from lisa lots of smiles. The room was so beautiul, massive bed and super comfortable. The room was very clean and well presented. Bathroom had big shower and again very well presented with complimentary body wash and shampoo. Breakfast was very nice, service quick and friendly. Maybe an option of veggie breakfast would be only minor thing to add but was very well looked after with options. "

"The installations were more like a big house rather than a hotel but the stuff was absolutely amazing. They really took care of the details. The breakfast was done at the moment we were sitting, homemade and delicious. Such a nice place really recommended."

"A very welcoming place and Debbie went out of her way to help me check-in early. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and it was in a really convenient location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and even my husband couldn't find anything to moan about which is pretty much unheard of! Parking on the property is an added bonus too. "Immaculately clean rooms. Scott and Helen were very friendly and accommodating with our late arrival. Delicious and beautifully cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed, roomy accommodation. Hosts were very helpful with local information too. Guest house is very conveniently situated for Torquay sea front and we had a very pleasant stay. Loved the small but adequate fridge in the dressing area, and the made to order slate coasters. "

"Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. "
