"Schöne Küche, Zimmergröße ok (Familienzimmer). Aber: sehr dreckig. Auf dem Heizkörper im Zimmer war ein Fleck mit Erbrochenem (? Annahme), welches sich auch auf dem Teppichboden befand. Der Türcode für das Zimmer befindet sich gut sichtbar für alle im Flur an der Pinnwand. Somit haben wir uns nicht sicher gefühlt. Es war kein Personal vor Ort. Wir mussten telefonisch erst einmal die Zugänglichkeit zum Zimmer klären. "

"We loved our stay in the Balmoral lodge. Excellent location, well equipped and comfortable. Only tiny thing I’d mention is that in the facilities there is ‘free toiletries’ listed, but it was only hand soap so we did have to nip to the local shop. So maybe just take that off the description as it may be misleading? We’d love to come back again soon, we had a fantastic time. Thank you! "

"We were meeting friends to go to the Highland games and there were little lodging available at a reasonable price. I was a little concerned about the bothies based on earlier reviews but we all loved it. One friend was very tall and in a bothies with lower ceilings so they offered a different one but they didn't mind. We all enjoyed the wood stoves, the environment, and the beds. "This cottage is so nice you won't want to leave the house. The layout is perfect and incredibly functional, and the style is pristine and tasteful. There is a laminated guidebook with info about the appliances, temp control, amenities, nearby hikes. Everything was in stock, everything worked. "Situado en un entorno rural con la planta baja (zonas de restaurante y de bar con chimenea) bonita, la habitación doble ("Honeybarrel") con baño no llegó a cumplir nuestras expectativas ni el nivel alto que el establecimiento tiene como objetivo. Ambos eran sobre todo muy pequeños y carecían de armarios (teníamos que dejar el equipaje en el pasillo detrás de la puerta de la habitación y una maleta en el coche). La escalera a la primera planta incómoda. El personal amable."
