"This property capped off a perfect trip to Italy! The location couldn't have been better and the apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was clean, working, and we thoroughly took advantage of the terrace by sitting out as much as possible during our short stay. Cristina, the property manager, was great with communications, very helpful, and made sure we had all of the information we needed - and more! (Thank you for the restaurant suggestions!) I hope that we get to visit Monterosso...

"Très belle villa bien entretenue, propriétaires soucieux de l'accueil, sont venus tous les matins pour nettoyer le jardin et prendre les poubelles. Point négatif de principe le chichi à la fin du séjour de retenir 10€ sur la caution pour le café que nous avions bu... Sinon les chambres sont bien, les lits simples sont en enfilade des chambres à lit double. Le jardin est top, et la piscine très agréable. Je recommande le séjour et j'ai trouvé le prix de la location honnête"

"Tolles Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und unten eins. Auf jeden Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer. Gerade wenn man mit größeren Kindern reist, ist es toll, dass Eltern und Kinder ein eigenes Bad haben :-). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Ort, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit Barbara war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!...

"We really enjoyed our time here very much. The villa is well-maintained and has everything that you would need for a beautiful getaway. The host was so nice and helpful, and the walk down to the water from the house is definitely worth it. The views are spectacular from several vantage points, and we loved the indoor/outdoor feel of the property."

"Huge property with historical details. Beautiful pool with scenic views that can’t be beat. Hosts were very accommodating. The inside air was stale from not being aired out. Other than that it was a wonderful experience."

"Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

"Great place to stay but getting there is quite difficult. We were told in advance and so we were aware. Best not to have much luggage as it is 240 down to get to the place. Of course 480 steps every time you leave/return. Would have been nice to have coffee in the apartment. We could not figure out the heating system as it is a pellet type furnace. Great view and total privacy."

"We had a great holiday in Bogliasco. The apartment is very nice, pleasant spacious rooms and a great view over the Mediterranean. Conveniently near to the train station and the beautiful village. The communication with the host was very good, thank you Gugliermo!"

"Schönes Haus in toller Aussichtslage. Wer italienische Zufahrtsstraßen kennt, kommt auch mit dem Weg zum Haus gut zurecht. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Raffaele war wunderbar. Vielen Dank auch an Skenja und Matteo. Leider war das Wetter ein wenig unbeständig. Der Aufenthalt war dennoch sehr schön. Mille Grazie👍❤️"

"The Villa was beautiful and clean. They provided everything we needed to make the holiday comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Jolly good time was had by one and all. We all would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again."

"The Villa itself was spectacular. It was beautifully situated in the hills above Portofino and the views of the Ligurian Sea were striking. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the many balconies and in the pool. Anura was hugely helpful … he made breakfast every morning, made our beds, cleaned the Villa, and served dinners during the evenings when we had a chef. "El hotel tienw una vista bellisima al mar pero es extremadamente incomodo: las habitaciones estan en una pendiente fuerte (hay que subir y bajar mas de 70 escalones de las habitaciones a la recepcion. En adicion, esta en las afueras de Riomaggiore - en la montaña, solo comunicado por bus que pasa irregularmente cada 2 horas o a veces cada 4 horas... cada viaje cuesta 2.50 euros. No recomendable para quien quiera conocer Cinque terre..."

"Riomaggiore es un pueblo encantador en un espacio abrupto (de ahí sus numerosas escaleras), pero que merece la pena visitar. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y resulta acogedor, aunque el aprovisionamiento de cocina y baño es algo reducido. A tener en cuenta si se va en Noviembre que encontraremos mayor calma por disminución del número de turistas, pero gran parte de los restaurantes y otros servicios están cerrados por periodo vacacional que se alarga hasta marzo.
