"The house was very clean, very cute, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, not far from longboat key, Anna, Maria Island, and Bradenton. Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again."

"We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to house. The cleaning crew was finishing up and we asked if we could sit poolside. Yes! We used the restroom and hung outside while they finished. Our groceries got delivered and we settled in for wonderful week! Our upstairs neighbors were wonderful and sharing the pool and back yard was easy. Would love to come back!!!"

"We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night."

"We love the home. It was clean and perfect for us with our Labrador. Good location, close to beaches and main street. Great restaurants close by and we walked down two blocks to each the sunset. Will definitely come back."

"Boat parking can be tricky and I wouldn't recommend launching from this marina with a jet boat. Too grassy and creates issues. Other than that the place was nice and as expected. Thank you!"

"Perfect location across the street from the beach access. Management company slow to respond to issues with refrigerator and Wifi. Couldn't use freezer for most of the week and Wifi was never repaired the last 3 days of trip. Disappointing given the cost of this high-end rental where I would expect to be able to use the freezer to store groceries for the week. Instead we had to throw most of them out."

"I rented this entire house for my sons wedding on Anna Maria Island. Giving 5 stars for this place feels like an injustice. The location is perfect-a short walk to watch the sunrise on the bay or the sunset from the beach. Plenty of parking, but who needs a car when there’s a free trolley right out your door to take you anywhere on the island. No need to pack for the beach. This property provides anything you would ever need, from chairs to towels to beach toys, and a wagon to load it all in....

"Walk to shops restaurants and bars. Quiet at the unit. Golf cart on site was great to see the rest of the island. Going back next week."

"Mi peor experiencia. Al llegar a este lugar no apareció mi reservación no había disponibilidad para mi , yo con mis dos niñas una de un año y medio me sentí muy mal con esta mal experiencia, Expidia me reo calizo en otro lugar q por cierto muy buen lugar . Pero para mi pase por mal momento "
