"I can't say enough good things about this property! All communications with the management were prompt, friendly and very informative. The unit had everything you could want: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a comfortable bed and perhaps most importantly for Florida, great air conditioning! The location is superb, right in the heart of Old Northeast and only blocks from the Pier and downtown's great waterfront, museums, shops, restaurants and nightlife. I would love to stay there...

"My wife and enjoyed St. Pete’s. This condo was very clean and comfortable. It was provisioned with everything we needed. Upon our arrival our host greeted us with fresh bagels, Popcorn and pretzels which was a nice touch. We did not use the pool facilities because it was freezing when we were there. Although it looked nice. Other tenants in this big building were very friendly! It’s a perfect location for a baseball game. The walk to downtown was manageable."
