"The personnel was very kind but many shortages of basics things like bed sheets and cutlery. Unluckily the electricity was off for more than 10 hours. The property manager never came up. Was very disappointed in returning calls from Expedia for my claim. I had to leave the property the day after we arrived. First time I had this issue and it was very surprising that a condo style property was listed in Expedia with such a very low level of value and response "

"It was terrible because the place is in poor condition, it's like an abandoned condominium. There were fleas in the bed, the dirty walls of the ahua, the leaky water, that place should not be rented, a terrible experience, we left the next day"

"This was a beautiful, gated community. Perla was an amazing host, she helped me out with all my questions. I absolutely loved the private pool. It was beautiful & clean, the bed was Amazingly comfortable. The only down side was it is very easy to get lost as to there are no signs pointing you in the right direction. I got lost 2x because some houses don't have numbers on them & my Google GPS struggled once we got past the gates. You absolutely will need to rent a vehicle while staying on this...

"I loved the property so peaceful and calm, and the area I love the extra security❤️at the gate and the property the pools was amazing, the only con is it’s not a lot of food places in walking distance. Other than that the property is just like the pictures."

"The property is very nice with spacious apartments by a nice pool and a restaurant right by the pool. There is a lot of growth and construction in Punta Cana overall but that takes place during the day when you're likely to be at the beach. The evenings are very nice and quiet. The staff at the property were accommodating and friendly. Elsa has been very nice and communicative.
