"Gympie has always been Bogan City and it was interesting that after 20 years since my last stay, nothing has changed except for the creation of another bogan generation. Gympie is over represented in utes and pickups. The bigger the pickup, clearly in my mind is the diminished size of that persons manhood. The utes and pickups are belching, noisy, are constantly laying down rubber and it appears they must display multiple aerial's and beer decals along the sides. It also appears nobody walks...

"It was cold, dark and the rain had started to fall. We were late arriving but that was no trouble. The staff were friendly and hospitable and suggested the restaurant within the complex for our dinner. Brilliant ! Some delicious options there. The room was basic but was clean had everything we needed. A mattress topper wouldn’t go astray. Tea and coffee and bikkies appreciated ! Above all fantastic service from the team."

"We like this Motel having stayed previously and will stay again. However, this time we arrived after hours on a public holiday. We looked forward to making a cup of tea but had no milk. We had a friendly text message from Peta earlier in the day advising of our unit number and key location. It was a surprise to read of their “Contactless Protocols” indicating no contact with staff available 😧"

"My husband stayed at the sky cabin for 3 days over the Christmas break. We loved our stay!!. Nonie and John were very helpful, responsive and approachable. They are wonderful hosts!. . "Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. Nicci was a great host answering all the questions we had prior to arrival. The property was perfect and a fully met our expectations. As a family we all really enjoyed the games room and the property would also be just as perfect for a couple. Quick access to the freeway meant day trips were a busy as was getting into Cooroy for a trip to the supermarket. We are looking forward to staying again."

"Home away from home with all of the appliances and furnishings to make our stay very comfortable. The front door was a bit of a challenge, the vinyl flooring was was tacky and when I wore my white socks around the first night the bottoms were filthy."
