"The building may have been nice 30 years ago. There was no food available inside or nearby. There was an unplugged drink cooler in the lobby full of room temperature drinks. The lobby was 93F when I arrived. The rugs were stained in my room. The bed seemed clean and the air con worked. There used to be a sink in the all in one bathroom. The bathroom was visibly dirty. There was a new toilet with grout smeared across the original tiles. The only mirror was above the spot where the sink used to...

"This was unfortunately one of our worst stays in Southeast Asia in over two months of traveling so far. Just about everything was unsatisfactory. The stench from the toilet/bathroom was nauseating and would literally wake you up in the middle of the night it was so strong; there was a HUGE ant problem, to where they were in our bed, in our packs, crawling on us as we use the bathroom, etc.; there was loud noise intermittently throughout the night so that getting more than a few hours of sleep...

"I liked the location. About it . I when i booked the room i was supposed to have a balcony and room cleaner daily No coffee or tea available in room. Not clean. No safe in room as described. Or any of the aove. Staff not interested in making a happy stay. Do not revisit."

"He de decir que lo mejor fue la amabilidad del personal. Aunque la ubicación es buena el sitio está bastante sucio, en concreto la habitación y baño. Montones de sábanas acumuladas en el pasillo incluso un chaval durmiendo encima de ellas. El primer día comimos en el restaurante del hotel y pasó una rata, volvió a pasar delante de 3 personas trabajadores del hotel y nadie hizo nada. Bastante desagradable."

"It is set on a very busy and traffic-laden street. It is noisy day and night. The staff hardly spoke English. No information could be had about what to do and visit nearby. The beds have covers that have been very obviously used before."

"The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. The rooms were reasonable for the price but very noisy (could hear rooms next door and in hallway) and they had mice running around in the ceilings. Great air conditioning and great location. Restaurant had too many menu choices - they should focus on the dishes they do well like the Amok and Lok Lak."
