"This house was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my mother. The house itself was very clean, just as described and had everything we could possibly need with lots of extras. We spent most of our time in the downstairs patio taking in the view. The community was extremely quiet as we came during the off season. We enjoyed taking morning and evening walks around the property. Would love to come back in early spring next year."

"We really like this place and hope to return. It is hard to find places that are pet friendly and also good for people with mobility problems. Although the shower doesn't have a grab bar it is an easy "step-in". Toilets are the lower type but all the doors are wide enough for walkers. We did have a problem with check-in. Evolve gave us bad information but the owner was very helpful/responsive. Overall, I give this place great marks."

"The home was perfect for two couples. So many great places inside and out of this home to either hang out with others or sit by yourself. Wonderful location of the 4th fairway. We loved coffee in the morning while watching the golfers. The home had everything. I don’t think Doris missed a detail. It was a quick walk down the hill to pool and pickleball and a short drive to the clubhouse for golf or restaurant. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Communication was fast and friendly....

" Flicking the light switches by the door didn't turn on the light. We arrived after dark and had to use a flashlight to see where the next light switch was. There were no instructions how to re-lock the electronic lock, and we ended up leaving the door unlocked all weekend. Otherwise, it was a nice, quiet, peaceful weekend, and everything went well."
