The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

"Amazing trip. Great service and excellent overall ambience. Great effort by the team in providing an overall very close to nature experience. The Staff was equally amazing and I think the experience was greatly enhanced due to the smiling / service driving work attitude of these people. "Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Çift kişilik odaları temiz, düzenli ve tatlıydı. Konum olarak da merkezi bir yerde olduğu için çoğu yeri rahatça gezebildik"

"Otel bir harika, doğanın sesinden baska hicbir ses yok. Biz sehirden uzaklasip kafa dinlemek icin gittik ve cok memnun kaldik. Personel cok ilgili ve guler yüzlü. Temizlik cok iyiydi. "Nos pareció una relación calidad/precio muy buena. Nos dieron una heladeríta a pedido. Cómo malo: nadie usaba tapabocas en el desayuno buffet (ni clientes ni personal del hotel) lo que es un gran riesgo de contagio. Eso nos defraudó "

"We hadden een chalet met mountainview geboekt. Bij aankomst bleek het een klein huisje te zijn, met 1 zijraam dat uitkeek op de blinde muur van het huisje ernaast. Geen enkele mountainview. Bij de receptie werd verteld dat het een "Mountain Lodge" was dat inderdaad geen uitzicht op de bergen had, maar dat Hotels.com geen keuzemogelijkheid had om het goed aan te geven. "Standart oda, fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi değildi. Baya yıpranmış, her yeri dökülen ve pek temiz hissiyatı vermeyen bir yerdi. Ben bu istenen ücretlere değeceğini sanmıyorum. "This is the worst place to stay. The receptionist didn’t speak English. The cabin which we stayed in had a mouse running around, Disgusting! Outside the cabin were terrifying dogs which would take your stuff if left outside the cabin. The way to the cabin was slippery and muddy and puddles everywhere. Definitely Not suitable for young children and old people. On inquiring bandages from the reception they didn’t have a first aid box and if you have an emergency while at this place the nearest...

"Tasarım olarak harika otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren atmosfer çok hoşumuza gitti :) çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü samimi bir ortam vardı.Havuzu çok temiz havuz başında keyifli vakit geçirdik :)Alaçatı merkeze yakın temiz ve keyifli bir otel, otopark için alan var.Aynı zamanda hayvan dostu otelde çok tatlı bir köpek ve yavruları ve kedileri vardı kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağız her şey için teşekkürler :)"
