"This villa is the perfect retreat spot with spectacular views of the bay. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. The villa is set up with all the essentials including rockers and table, chaise chairs and a hammock for nap time 😉. "Stayed here with my family for a week and a half. It couldn't have been a better experience. The staff and security are top notch. The house is even more beautiful than expected as the photos don't do it justice. The property is located in a quiet, private, and tranquil area but still close to shopping, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend it for a stay in Managua."

"The view is breathtaking, ac is cold, pool is refreshing and staff is fantastic. My whole family enjoyed this vacation. We had yoga instructors come from San Juan most mornings for family yoga in the private palapa as well as masseuses a couple times for sunset 10/10. The beach is really close, surfing is fun for all levels, restaurants are delicious. Town is about 30min out on a dirt road, and they are building a new road as I was there so may be closer soon - will be back!!"

The Laguna de Apoyo is absolutely magical and these accomodations are superb. "If you want to commune with nature and don't need close proximity to shopping, restaurants, action etc, this is a perfect place. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and gadgets making this a great spot for preparing gourmet meals. We particularly liked the fact that there's both a front porch and a back porch giving us the option to sit in the sun or not at our whim."

"The house is absolutely gorgeous and the view is unbeatable. Just be warned as this is not explained in the listing, you have to climb quite a bit of stairs to the property, at least 10-15 minutes of walking. Not ideal if you have elderly guests or anyone with knee/leg issues, and definitely not wheelchair accessible."
