"It looks just like the pictures. Very clean. The parking was very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again."

"What a cute little apartment! We very much enjoyed our two-night stay here. Everywhere you look there is attention to detail and beauty. Biggest ding is it's a tight squeeze around the bed. Our hostess, Michelle was very responsive when we needed help getting the heat turned on. We enjoyed Willie & Red's, The Dairy, Abbott's Candies, and the Wilbur Wright birthplace while we were here, and we'd be happy to stay here again."

"What a cute place! I really enjoyed staying in Starr Loft. I was in Richmond for just a couple days to graduate, but really enjoyed everything. The loft is lovely and inviting! And the ice cream place on the corner is yummy. Coffee and breakfast at Roscoe’s was a treat!"

"The property was not in a nice area. There were cockroaches at the property, it was not very clean. The towels, linens and kitchen towels were all dirty as was the coffee pot. It was extremely small, especially the bathroom. The door code stopped working which meant that we were locked out of the property for quite a while. Neither the AC nor the toilet worked well, the blinds would not close all the way so people could see straight in to the unit. The only reason we finished our stay was...

"The location of this property was fabulous for our visit with family in the sulphur springs area. We had everything we needed for our stay."

"Unit was fine. Use space heaters due to cold whuch popped a circuit breaker at midnight. Called supporr who could not get to breakerbox until following day due to location in basement Also, only access was up16 stairs which were challenging for 73+ mobility challenged adults."

"We were very well-taken care of and happy in the condo. Couldn’t have been better. Rod really made it a point to make it easy for us to get there and to park - he even blocked off the parking lot because there was an event in town and he wanted to make sure we weren’t without a spot! What a star. The condo is very well-appointed and cozy and a quick walk to plenty of cool shops and restaurants. Thanks Rod"
