"Lo mejor del hotel la ubicación a unos cuantos pasos del hotel Bellagio y a unos cuantos pasos del strip. Algo enredado para encontrar la torre donde estaban los aptos porq es diferente de donde se hace el check in y de donde se parquea el carro. El apto cómodo con todos los utensilios de cocina, su parqueadero gratis , camas cómodas . Check in y check out bien "

"Muy buenas instalaciones y buen equipamiento de cuarto, todo lo necesario. Tal vez lo único fue el que no nos comunicaron que ni harían los cuartos solo cambio de toallas. Hay que preguntar si es necesario cambiar o no las toallas ya que pueden ocuparse por lo menos dos días y así ahorrar agua "

"It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too."

"This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants."

"Nice condo super close to slopes (but a little far to walk). Great place for two families to stay for a ski vacation. Eat breakfast with amazing view of the mountain you're about to shred! Come home and soak in the jacuzzi bath tub. The primary bedroom is huge. Main room is cozy and has plenty of seating to hangout and talk about the great ski day you just had. "We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us."

"I liked that it was a little off the strip within walking distance. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly. Communication with the renter of the space was easy and they were very responsive. I enjoyed this property and would love to stay here again. "Our family loved this condo for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. It fit our needs so perfectly. It was clean, well equipped and was exactly how it’s advertised. We also had the perk of the monorail right at our doorstep to help get us to and from the Vegas Convention Center. We will be back most definitely."
