"Nice comfortable clean hotel near Xuanwu subway. But aircon broke down on third day and we had to shift to another room. Hotel counter staff do not appear familiar with basic tourist information and could be better equipped with local knowledge of tourist attractions, transport to other places outside Nanjing, where to locate certain landmarks etc..."

Con la vpn no podía conectarme desde el hotel durante el día aunque no tenía ningún problema en cualquier cafetería con wifi. Por la noche tarde si podía conectarme aunque seguía con problemas. "Staff helpful when complained about my earlier room that is stained with tobacco smell. People spat into plants in hotel lobby and smoked in elevators but this is my persistent complaint about China in general. Quite a lot of mainland Chinese don't seem to be able to understand the basic hygiene and health implications with such behaviours."
