"The house was really impressive. The large open space on the lower level was perfect for accommodating a party of our size (6). Plenty of space. Every bedroom had it own bathroom, which was a big reason we had selected this property. The master bedroom/suite was massive, so if you’re booking this place make sure you tell them it was such a lengthy process to find a good house, so your friends will let you stay in it. The gated community was in a perfect location to easily get to south beach."

"When i showed up to the property to check in , there was nobody there. I called a for sale sign and the agent was nice enough to contact the owner. The owner called me.back. i texted him a copy of my reservation in which he told.me my reservation looked like a scam and that he already had the Villa booked. He suggested i contact Travelocity. Travelocity was no help before or after. Everytime i wrote to them asking for help.contacting the host , they would write and say they were...

"El edificio está muy deteriorado, y sucio, hay problemas con el elevador, la habitación está sucia, las puertas rotas, la nevera no hace hielo, el baño está sucio y deteriorado, las alfombras están sucias, y manchadas, el wifi siempre averiado, dificultad para tener internet,en general esta propiedad está abandonada y sin mantenimiento alguno. Lo único bueno es el personal y atención al cliente me tratan muy bien, amablemente. "
