It was small but well laid out, with everything we needed for a great weekend. The best part was Rachel's communication. The check-in was effortless. She was incredibly responsive to questions and very helpful in her responses. She sets an extremely high bar for future rentals like this."

"The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

"Very clean with high ceilings and large windows. Brand new furnishings and appliances. Comfortable mattress. Subway station right out the door. Faneuil Hall 15 minutes walk, North end 20 minutes. Easy, clear instructions for check in. Great place!"

"The condo is as described and has lots of light. Plenty of space for two couples or a small family. The weather was variable while we were there so we used both the gas fireplace and the deck that faces the ocean! The location is close to great restaurants and our dog enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the ocean. Would highly recommend!"

The location is perfect—short walk to town and beach, and a bit removed from the bustling center of town. I personally had no difficulty with the steep staircase, but it should be taken into consideration if that is a factor for others.
