"I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. "We unfortunately had bad weather during our stay but we were cozy in this home which is spacious and conveniently located. For those with kids, there are safety gates and toys available. There’s a lot of outdoor seating and in the summer we look forward to returning to take advantage of the pool. Carter is very responsive - a terrific host!"

"This cottage is Comfortable, clean and fully stocked on a private street with a beautiful short walk to the beach. We were only 2 but house could easily sleep up to 8 guests. Large backyard with tranquil outdoor setting firepit and Barbeque. Host is very responsive welcoming and helpful. The nearby Main street has many restaurants and shops as well as Wine vineyards. Will definitely be booking again in future. We found a new love and that is Jamesport. Thank you Kelly!"

"This listing was exactly as described and was a great little apartment in Greenport with everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was very convenient. It sits on a busy street so there is some noise from the road but it did not bother us too much and the host provided noise machines in the bedrooms which was very helpful. Overall I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay in the future!"

"Celebrated the holidays with my grown children to be near my dad and brother. The house is lovely. We had a wonderful time. My daughter suggested we come back in the summertime to take advantage of the amenities - beautiful pool and nearby beaches. Highly recommend!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Very convenient to the town of Sag Harbor. House was very comfortable in every way. The only thing I would recommend is to outfit all of the windows with some kind of window coverings. Other than that, I would highly recommend a stay here."
