"Great location with Fantastic views. Enjoyed hanging out with my family. I got my exercise in walking up and down the path from the city to the house. Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. Surfboards and boogie boards are available at the property if you would like to indulge in that."

Views were magnificient, and location couldn't be better...basically next door to the Sufi Beach Club, which was by far our favorite of the different options at Punta Mita. Adriana and her team were extremely helpful, and Rosa cooked a wonderful breakfast each morning. We look forward to returning."

"We were 3 generations with 6 kids 11 and under. Lots of space for everyone, great staff who looked after us well and cooked great meals that catered to everyone's tastes. The place is in a great location close to the beach, lots of restaurants (although we ate in most of the time). The place is very much designed for seamless inside/ outside living as advertized. "Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). Pools very relaxing and not crowded at all. Property beautifully maintained. Cleaning staff wonderful. Property manager easily reached and provided us with whatever we needed in very timely manner. "The home José and his wife provided was spotless. It is much larger than the photos show. The kitchen is enormous and we enjoyed the outdoor bbq. Wonderful hosts were available in person or by text whenever we had questions. José’s little chihuahua pup made my wife’s day whenever he was by. Very friendly. Our arrival was late afternoon but Jose went over and above to stock the fridge with the shopping list we provided. The pool was the centrepiece for us. It a very private, was crystal clear...

"Property was immaculate. Beautiful and spotless. The house managers went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. Our group was 12 adults and 6 children ages ranging from 6months to 80 years. And this property was accommodating for everyone. We had to keep an eye on the little ones around the stairs but otherwise the pool and multiple gathering spaces were perfect with an amazing ocean view. Built on rocks In a hill side overlooking Yelapa bay. Run down furniture. 100ft steep crumbling stair way from public lane way - safety hazard. "

"This property is in a wonderful location right on the sea. With great swimming pool and nice garden. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and where able to ho out everyday, even with small children. The house itself wasn't so comfortable. The main bedroom was spacious, comfortable and good bathroom. The two rooms in the upper floor don't have glass windows so the options are to be with the wooden doors closed, that makes the room very dark which is good to sleep but no to be during the day, or...

"Hacienda Sayulita is an incredible experience! We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever stayed at a fantastic place like this before. The house staff were unbelievable- 3 meals per day, gourmet, were cooked and cleaned up. The house was cleaned daily. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. Our daughter arranged a special celebration dinner with the staff - they even decorated! Most of us are into yoga and the rooftop space in early morning was perfect (we had 2 different yoga people...
