"The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

"Loved our stay! Can’t go wrong staying this close to the beach. Great pools. Well supplied kitchen; be sure to hit the grocery store before you head over if you want to dine in a few times. "We returned just a couple weeks ago. Everything was just as told. Monique picked us up at the airport, making the transfer extremely easy. She even stopped us off at grocery and liquor store. The Villa was comfortable with two beautiful pools available. Viola's was a wonderful plus. A convenient place to stop for a drink or have a meal. The beach was easy to get to.
