"Well equipped, and clean condo (we got a three BR, two level) with sliders to back patio table and recliners overlooking beautiful surrounding grounds, a golf course (which our family golfers said was great), a community infinity pool/jacuzzi a short walk away, small open air gym and bbq area with 6 grills for use near the pool area. Only issue was transportation to condo from check-in office in shopping center which is within 5 minute walking distance, but difficult if walking with luggage. ...

"By far the best VRBO our family has rented! Super clean property, super white towels and sheets, property is nicer than the pictures. My teens picked this property because of the 80’s Hawaiian vibe and we loved it, so fun! Great location! The building itself is a little dated, but as soon as we got to our room we completely forgot about it. When we first arrived we were nervous about the noise level we would hear from being so close to the street, however the waves themselves were so loud we couldn’t hear anything over them. "Not the best weather but had a good time"

"Despite some not-so-great weather, we enjoyed our stay at Stephen and Donna's beautiful condo in Kona. It is very spacious and for 2 couples, the two bedrooms with king beds was perfect, with an extra bathroom to boot! We loved that it was a short walk from all of the great shops and restaurants in Kona and it was fully stocked with all the beach supplies.....even a flat iron and curling iron. Highly recommend!"

"Great rental, very well stocked. Not directly in front of the beach, but on this island there really aren't many beaches. We could still sleep to the sound of the pacific ocean 24/7 and the sounds of nature were everywhere! We had a momentary issue opening the lockbox, but we contacted the mgmt team and they responded immediately and were able to resolve our issue. I highly recommend this property. "
