We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and although they could have a few more cooking items, we were able to make all of our favorite meals from home. I would highly recommend this place for any family and friends seeking a longer stay than most in Hana."

"We really loved our week staying here. The street it's on can't be beat- felt quiet and private compared to a resort area stay. Short walk to a private beach and the 1 Hotel that we did almost daily. Also a quick and easy drive to Hanalei Bay. "This is a great place to stay to get away from it all! Close enough to Hilo to get back into the all of you want. We also wound up driving north around the island to the west side a bit more than towards Hilo. Just sitting on the porch and looking out at the sky & ocean was so peaceful. Wish we had better weather. Got 1.5 sunrises and one night starry sky out of 7 nights but, that was only the fault of Mother Nature. Still so peaceful in the rain. "Exactly as presented online, no surprises. Two parents and two teens, and no privacy, but we were prepared for that. Great breeze throughout so no issues with heat, though it's still April, so not sure how summer would be. Beach path right around the corner, very easy access. Basic accommodations, but that's what we were looking for. Close to everything you need in North Shore. We had a great week, thanks Chris and Sam!"
