"This is a very special place in my home state of Colorado. It doesn't take much imagination to feel like you are 150 years removed from the present day in this spot which is 2 block walk (uphill but just one way) to center of town. So very fun and a well kept secret so I apologize to the staff if I'm giving it away. But too good and fun not to comment. Thanks Bill and we hope to see you soon!"

"My sister and I stayed here with my dog and loved the place. Very comfy set-up, plenty of space and stuff to do, near interesting natural attractions and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed some long walks around the area, used the kitchen to make meals, and took advantage of the tv and streaming apps while staying up later than we should."

"Home is great. Nice and clean. Loved that I could bring my little buddy Oliver (dog). We just hung out. Needed a break from town and work. Picked a bad week to check things out. Road crew was there the whole time. Lots of traffic. So we hung out and cooked good food on my little griddle that fit on the grill. We would stay there again. Want to go have dinner in town sometime or check out the mountains.Thank you, Sam & Oliver!"

"We had a change in plans and had to take the kids. If you are staying longer with a family, this might not be ideal for families unless the goal is to break away from technology. The place is very quaint, rustic, quiet and overall nice. It is more of a romantic spot than a family spot in my opinion."

"The cabin exceeded our expectations. It was so cozy and inviting. Pantry was well stocked. We enjoyed the no wifi. It was 6 miles from Eleven Mile Reservoir which is why we were excited to stay there. We fished everyday and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!"

"To start with, Courtney was fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. The property itself is very cozy but still plenty spacious. We had a group of 6 adults and room was never an issue. Everything was clean and organized. The scenery was beautiful and the wood burning stove was a great addition for the chilly nights. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
