He was available to answer any questions we had and provided lots of information about the property and surrounding area. This is a beautiful secluded location with mountain, valley and ocean views. "The Casita was just as advertised. Small but didn't feel small. We were nervous about the size before moving in but it felt the right size and we didn't feel crowded or closed in. It had everything that we needed and expected. The view was great and the location was fine. We had a car so getting to groceries etc. was not a problem. Barbara and Lawrence were great hosts. We really enjoyed Lawrence's band practices. All in all a great stay."

"nice pool and the A/C works great. The negative side the shower head needs to be replaced and the host were fighting/arguing really loud at 1am to the point the husband had to sleep in the other container. Made it very awkward to say the least and unprofessional when you have guest. Would not stay for that reason."

"Road in is a little bit of a challenge so rent a 4X4 so you can fully enjoy the entire property! It is beautiful and has so much to offer. We had a great time for our 20th Anniversary week! Loved it!"
