"Es un hotel para pasar solo una noche . Esta bien ubicado pero muy descuidado, hay humedad en el techo y en general los muebles están descuidados . No hay gente en recepción todo el tiempo hay que tocar un timbre y esperar a que alguien llegue . "

Le haria falta un ultimo arreglo al menos en las zonas de paso, comedores, etc. Pero la habitacion al menos la mia 369 estuvo perfecta. Es una habitacion espectacular. Los alrededores llenos de tiendas y servicios. Bien de precio para ser Suiza"

"Everything had gone really smoothly and we had had a beautiful time, we asked the person in charge in the reception if we could leave one night before with 24 previous hours, she agreed and told us there was no problem. One day after this person wasnt there and the other receptionist said that what she told us was not true and we had to pay the night because we had made the reservation through Expedia. I am upset because it seemed the hotel wanted to punish us for using expedia to book the hotel even thought the stay wasnt paid for."
